Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every Nailie set is 100% handcrafted and personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This allows us to maintain the highest quality and hygiene standards.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nailiepresson@gmail.com.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
• The item must be unused.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
• Photos of the defect or damage may be required for verification.
Please note: Slight variations in color, hand-painted details, glitter placement, or other handcrafted elements are a natural part of the creation process and are not considered defects. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.
Requests submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not qualify for warranty coverage.

No. When applied and removed correctly, press-on nails should not damage your natural nails. We recommend following our application and removal instructions to keep your natural nails healthy.
My nails came off early. What happened?

• Lightly buff the nail surface.
• Apply enough glue or adhesive tabs.
• Avoid water for the first 1–2 hours after application.
