All Nailie press-on nails are 100% handcrafted and made to order.
Because every set is individually handmade, slight variations in color, brush strokes, marble effects, chrome finishes, glitter placement, embellishment placement, and other handcrafted details are natural and expected.
These natural variations make every set unique and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Although we make every effort to accurately display our products, colors may vary slightly depending on lighting conditions, photography, and your device’s screen settings.
3. Handmade Artwork & Design Disclaimer
Every Nailie set is individually handcrafted and may include original artwork, hand-painted details, or artisan techniques.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, no two sets will ever be completely identical.
Minor differences between photographs and the finished product are normal and contribute to the uniqueness of handmade craftsmanship.
These natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns, refunds, exchanges, or replacements.
4. Sizing Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct nail size before placing an order.
We strongly recommend reviewing our sizing guide carefully before purchasing.
Nailie is not responsible for incorrect sizes selected by the customer.
Orders placed using an incorrect size are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
5. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.
This may include orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, duplicate orders, inventory issues, or violations of these Terms.
Once production has begun, customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.
6. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices may change without notice.
Although we strive for accuracy, occasional pricing or product description errors may occur.
If an order is placed using an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Nailie does not store or have access to your complete payment information.

Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.
