If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and you must provide clear photos or videos of the issue so our team can review and evaluate your claim.

Please note that each Nailie set is 100% handmade, making every design truly unique. While we carefully recreate each style as shown, small variations in placement, brush strokes, embellishments, or other handcrafted details may naturally occur. Slight differences in color, shimmer, chrome effects, cat-eye finishes, and overall appearance may also vary due to screen settings, lighting, and the handmade process. These natural variations are part of the beauty of handcrafted nails and are not considered defects or eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds.

If a manufacturing defect or shipping damage is confirmed after our review, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.
